Questions and comments (please indicate if you're paying a deposit (more than 3 weeks out ONLY) or in full based on your event date (Less than 3 weeks out) An invoice will be sent for payment. *

How did you hear about us? *

Do you agree to comply and adhere to the following policies? To pay the required refundable deposit amount on the invoice for any/all rental items which will be refunded within 48 hours after the event date. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all dates 2 or more weeks ahead and final payment is due 1 week before event date for services under $200 and 2 weeks for services over $200. Full payment is due for dates within 2 weeks of inquiry. NO SERVICE WILL BE RENDERED if NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. All events within 2 weeks require FULL payment and all events requested within 3 days will incur a minimum $75 fee. After you complete this order form, a free consultation for 30 minutes will be scheduled and AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT AFTER DETAILS ARE CONFIRMED. Your invoice is valid for 48 hours ONLY. After your scheduled consultation, should you require further discussion, a retainer fee (you WILL book) of 50% of your budget or consultation fee (additional questions before booking- nonrefundable) of $50 will be required. LJG Events has the right to refund part or all retainer fee or deposit after payment for any reason within a timely manner of your event date. This fee will be applied to your final balance. Mock ups and drawings of possibilities will only be provided after either a deposit or retainer fee is received. Lawn care for outdoor events will be done at least 12 hours before date of event and all animal droppings will be removed from area of setup. All equipment used is your responsibility and SHOULD NOT BE MOVED. You are liable for any and all damage occurred to all equipment during rental time. All linen, chair covers and seating are subject to a $3 cleaning fee per tablecloth, linen/chair cover to be applied to your invoice. For outdoor events, LJG Events will not be responsible for decorations, balloons or seating due to weather conditions after set up. For indoor events, LJG Events will not be responsible for decorations being moved, changed or rearranged by any person other than an LJG Events employee after setup and exit of venue. Grab n go garlands are your responsibility after pick up or drop off. Please read the care instructions here. NO Refunds due to mishandling of balloon arrangements after it leaves LJG Events possession or for weather after set up.. i.e change or rearrangement of the setup, balloons changing color (oxidation due to heat) deflating and/or popping or decorations blowing away. LJG Events will do their absolute best to adhere to the environment but nature is not guaranteed. Extreme heat and cold will affect the integrity of your balloon decor. Please handle all balloon decor with care and dispose of them properly after use. (DO NOT LET BALLOONS LOOSE or FLY AWAY IN THE AIR. CHILDREN and ANIMALS MAY CHOKE ). You shall indemnify LJG Events of any injury occurred during rental time to all parties involved; LJG Events indemnifies you from injury during setup and take down due to a fault of our employees only. A fee of the actual value will be paid per piece of equipment that is damaged or stolen during rental time as you retain all liability. The card used on file will be held and charged for any and all damages or stolen equipment and an additional REFUNDABLE deposit will be required. A receipt will be sent after payment is processed. If any seating, backdrop stand or any other equipment rented is requested for another address other than your own, YOU RETAIN LIABILITY. All rented items will be assessed for damages within 24 hours after pick up/drop off after event date. Refunds for deposits will be released within 48 hours after inspection of rented items. NO REFUNDS after payment including deposit, monies will only be applied to a future date that is available. Contact LJG Events by phone if there are issues or concerns after setup.
